Ingredients:
- 6 chicken drumsticks,
- large spoonful of herb pepper,
- a large tablespoon of sweet paprika,
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil (3 for the drumsticks, 3 for the potatoes),
- a teaspoon of salt,
- 350-400g of smaller potatoes,
- large spoonful of granulated garlic,
- large spoonful of thyme,
- 1 leek (hard part),
- 1 romaine lettuce,
- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- basil for garnish
Preparation:
1. Put the drumsticks in a bowl, add herb bell pepper, paprika, salt, oil and mix - set aside for an hour.
2. Cut potatoes into boats, add salt, garlic, thyme, oil and mix.
3. We put the chicken and potatoes in the Lafe MasterFry (AirFryer) and select the mode with the chicken drumsticks logo - 200 degrees, 20 minutes
4. Chop lettuce and leek and put in a bowl. We add salt, mayonnaise and mix.
5. Transfer the baked thighs with potatoes to a plate, add the salad and sprinkle with basil.
