Spring rolls with sweet chili sauce

Recipe for baked spring rolls with sweet chili sauce.

 

Ingredients:

- 2 packages of rice paper,
- 1 Chinese mix (450 g),
- 400 g minced meat,
- salt, papier, sweet paprika, hot paprika, granulated garlic,
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce,
- 1 tbsp of rice vinegar,
- 150 g rice noodles,
- 2 eggs,
- sweet chili sauce

 

Preparation:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan, after a while add the Chinese mixture and fry the whole thing until the vegetables soften. Add minced meat and fry until excess water evaporates....

2. season with salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika and garlic.

Add soy sauce and rice vinegar. Leave to cool.

3. once cooled, add rice noodles and eggs.

Stir to combine.

4.Pour lukewarm water into a larger plate, soak rice paper for a few seconds and put 1-2 tablespoons of stuffing each.

5. Arrange the formed egg rolls in a Lafe Airfryer and grease with oil.

Bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
