We have another easy toast recipe for you. This time with salmon, avocado and egg!
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of toasted bread
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese (such as natural)
- 1 avocado
- A few slices of cold smoked salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- A pinch of chili flakes
- Handful of sprouts (e.g. radish, broccoli) for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vinegar (for cooking the egg)
Preparation:
1. Toasting the bread:
Place slices of toasted bread in the toaster and toast until golden.
2. Cheese spreading:
After toasting the bread, spread cream cheese on it.
3. Avocado and salmon preparation:
Peel the avocado and cut it into thin slices, then place them on the toast. Place slices of smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
4 Prepare a poached egg:
In a pot, boil water with the addition of 1 tablespoon of vinegar. When the water comes to a boil, make a gentle whirlpool in it, and then crack an egg into it. Boil for about 3 minutes, until the white has set and the yolk remains liquid. Take the egg out with a straining spoon and put it on the toast.
5 Topping with chili butter:
In a small saucepan melt butter, add chili flakes and heat slightly. Pour the aromatic butter over the finished toast.
6. Decorating with sprouts:
Finally, decorate the toast with sprouts and season to taste with salt and pepper.
